1 Thessalonians 5:18 – No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

Multiple studies have found that gratitude impacts your physical health, as well.
2. Pursue/fight for gratitude
Psalm 107:8-9 – Let them give thanks to the Lord for His unfailing love and His wonderful deeds for mankind, for He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.
Develop gratitude through written reflection.
Make a list.
Write a letter (whether you send it or not).
3. Give your way into gratitude
2 Corinthians 4:15-16 – All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God. Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
People become more grateful as givers then as receivers. – Dr. Robert Emmans
Acts 20:35 – And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’
Hebrews 12:28 – Since we have a Kingdom nothing can destroy, let us please God by serving Him with thankful hearts and with holy fear and awe.
