STATEMENT OF FAITH

 
 

WE BELIEVE . . .

  1. We Believe in the living God of the Bible who has revealed Himself as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  (Matthew 28:19)

  2. We Believe the Bible is the Word of God, completely and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit.  (II Timothy 3:16)

  3. We Believe all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. Every person is in need of salvation.  (Romans 3:23)

  4. We Believe God the Father has provided the only way of salvation through the blood of His Son Jesus Christ.  (John 14:6)  Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose from the dead on the third day.  (I Corinthians 15:3-4).

  5. We Believe that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  (Hebrews 13:8) Jesus still saves, heals, fills, and delivers.

  6. We Believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit for today.  (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4, I Corinthians 12:7-11)

  7. We Believe in an eternal heaven for those who receive Christ, (John 14:1-4) and an eternal hell for those who refuse Him.  (Luke 16:19-31)

  8. We Believe Jesus Christ is coming again in the majesty and glory.  (I Thessalonians 4:13-18)  We eagerly await His return and seek to faithfully serve Him until He returns.  (II Peter 3:11-12, Matthew 24:45-46)
