BE COURAGEOUS

1 Corinthians 16:13-14(ESV) – Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that

you do be done in love.

1. WATCH

1 Corinthians 16:13(AMP) – Be alert and on your guard.

Watch – to stay awake, be alert, keep watch, be fully awake

Matthew 24:42 – Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.

Matthew 26:41 – Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh

is weak.

National Right to Life now estimates 60,942,033 abortions have been performed in the U.S. since 1973.

The Holy Spirit wants to reawaken our hearts, reawaken our voice, and fill us with the truth.

Jeremiah 1:5 – Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.

Psalm 139:13 – You...... knit me together in my mother’s womb.

The Holy Spirit is calling us to wake up, rise up, and speak up in Jesus Name.

2. STAND IN THE FAITH

1 Corinthians 16:13(AMP) – Stand firm in your faith.

Stand firm in Jesus Christ!

Ephesians 6:13 – Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the

evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Our standing at the Latrobe Clinic is a witness for life.

3. BE COURAGEOUS

1 Corinthians 16:13(NKJV) – Be brave.

1 Corinthians 16:13(AMP) – Act like men and be courageous.

1 Corinthians 16:13(ESV) – Be men of courage.

2 Timothy 1:7 – For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

As men of God, we want to reject passivity and accept responsibility.

There is mercy, and grace, and forgiveness, and restoration in Jesus Christ!

4. BE STRONG TO LOVE

1 Corinthians 16:13 – Be strong

Ephesians 6:10 – Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.

It’s not our power, but His. Not our strength, but His. Not our love, but His.

1 Corinthians 16:14 – Let all that you do be done with love.
