Ephesians 3:9-10 NKJV
And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places.
Acts 2:42-45 NIV
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.
Acts 2:46-47
Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
Vision: Branching out together for the kingdom.
Mission: Tend my garden by preparing and stewarding my people.
What takes place at The Table? Life, fellowship, sharing, edifying, correction, and growth.
1. Healthy communities have buy-in
It will cost every individual.
What is required of us in community?
A. We must bring our best to the table and do our God given part
B. We must contribute to the needs of others
C. We must make sacrifices of time, energy, and money
D. We must die
E. We must live boldly to let our light shine
2. Healthy communities live authentically
A. We embrace the good, bad, and beyond.
B. We live before others authentically, living out our God given abilities and graces.
C. We bear with one another and forgive one another.
D. We love in it, through it, and beyond it. We stick.
3. Healthy communities give generously
Acts 2:45
They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.
Acts 4:32-33
All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all
Acts 4:34-35
that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.
Proverbs 11:25 NKJV
The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.

He who has a generous eye will be blessed, for he gives of his bread to the poor.
4. Healthy communities show hospitality
Romans 12:13 NIV
Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
1 Peter 4:9
Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.
