1. MAKE A DECISION TO LOVE THEM AND DO GOOD TO THEM
Luke 6:27 (NLT) But I say to you who are willing to listen, love your enemies!
Love is not primarily a feeling!
Agape Love is a decision to do what is best for the other person no matter how they treat us in return.
Romans 5:8 (NLT) But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.
Luke 6:27b (NLT) Do good to those who hate you.
Luke 6:32-33 (NLT) If you love only those who love you, why should you get credit for that? Even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good only to those who do good to you, why should you get credit? Even sinners do that much.
Luke 6:35 (NLT) Love your enemies! Do good to them. Lend to them without expecting to be repaid. Then your reward from heaven will be very great, and you will truly be acting as children of the Most High, for He is kind to those who are unthankful and wicked.
2. SPEAK WORDS OF LIFE TO THEM AND ABOUT THEM
