EVERY BELIEVER CAN IMPACT NATIONS

 

Father God has a heart for every person and a heart for the nations.

 

Revelation 7:9 – After these things I looked and behold, a great multitude, which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands.

 

Every believer can be a part of bringing to pass this heavenly vision.

 

What are some ways you can think of in which every believer can impact the nations?

 

1.     Every Believer Can Impact the Nations Through Prayer

 

Psalm 2:8 – Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.

 

Miracle at Dunkirk – thousands of British troops were miraculously spared by God through prayer.

 

Andrew Murry – God rules the world through the prayers of His saints.

 

2.     Every believer Can Impact the nations Through Prophetic Declarations and Prophetic Actions

 

Job 22:28 – You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.

 

Dick Eastman heard the voice of the Lord, “I want you to confront the strongholds of communism in Eastern Europe.”

 

The Lord said, “I want you to go to the Berlin Wall, lay your hands upon it and command it to come down in My Name.”

 

In Jesus Name, Come Down!

 

Two weeks later the headline in the local paper said, “The Wall behind the Wall is Falling.”

 

3.     Every Believer Can Impact the Nations Through Involvement in Missions

 

Matthew 28:18 – And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”

 

Matthew 28:19 – Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

 

Matthew 28:20 – Teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.

 

A.    We can impact the nations by giving to missions:

 

Motorcycles for Pastor Reggie in India, and Pastor Aaron in Nepal

 

Pastor Miguel in Mexico

 

B.    We can impact the nations by going on missions or answering the call to full time missions overseas.

 

Village impacted by the Gospel in the Philippians.

 

4.     Every Believer Can Impact the Nations by Sharing the Gospel with One Other Person

 

Acts 8:36 – Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is desert.

 

Acts 8:27 – So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the Queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, had come to Jerusalem to worship.

 

Acts 8:29 – Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go near and overtake this chariot.”

 

Acts 8:35 – Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him.

 

Acts 8:37 – Then Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

 

This Ethiopian believer returned to his country and impacted an entire nation for Jesus Christ.
